The super champion (118 pounds) of the World Boxing Association (WBA), Panamanian Anselmo 'Chemito' Moreno, has boarded a plane for Texas. The boxer will defend his world title against mandatory challenger Juan Carlos Payano on Friday, September 26, in the city of Mesquite, Texas.

Moreno (35-2-0-12 KOs) left the gym in excellent condition, weighing at 120-pounds, only two pounds above the division limit, and he plans to put on a show against Payano (15-0, 8 KO's).

'We are walking around in excellent condition, and the job is done and we are just waiting for the day of the fight," Moreno said. "I've been training since May, Payano has no idea what to expect."
