The annual Memorial show in honor of two-time Olympian Jorma Limmonen at the Paasitorni in Helsinki October will this year feature professional boxing as well. There will be three eight rounders on top of the bill with local talent taking on opponents from Ukraine. Welterweight Fedor Vinogradov, 7-0, takes on Vasyl Kurasov, 6-0, middleweight Tomi Silveinnonen, 7-1, is against Vladimir Romanenko, 8-8, and supermiddle Timo Laine, 22-10, is in against Davyd Horokhovets, 9-4-0.

Super welter champ Brice Bassole, 11-1-1, takes on Steve Jamoye, 24-5-2, November 3 in Alencon (France) with the vacant IBO Continental title at stake. By calling the title "continental" as compared with "European" the IBO avoids trouble with the EBU, the European Boxing Union.
Featherweights Dennis Ceylan, 17-2-2, and Jesus Sanchez, 9-1, will clash for the vacant EU title and according to the EBU the fight will go ahead November 24 in Denmark with Team Sauerland as promoter. The parties involved reached an agreement hours before purse bids on Wednesday (Oct 10).
Sanchez knocked out Ceylan in the second round in March in a big upset. The Dane returned in August with a points win over Levan Tsiklauri but looked far from his best.

Welterweight Deniz Ilbay (20-1), who newly signed a promotional contract with Sauerland Event take on Denis Krieger (14-6-2) December 1 in Gummersbach (near Cologne), Germany. Denis Radovan, also a middleweight and who like Ilbay is from Cologne, co-headlines against an opponent to be announced.

EC Boxing and Michael Wollenberg presents a big dinner show on December 15 at the Sporthalle in Hamburg billed as Night of the Champions. Heavyweights Christian Hammer and Michael Wallisch headline along with super welterweight Sebastian Formella, who takes on an opponent TBA, and IBO light heavyweight king Karo Murat defends the title against Sven Fornling.

Cruiserweights Roman Fress, 4-0, and Bjoern Blaschke, 12-9-1 clash for the vacant BDB version of the German title in the chief support of Dominic Boesel´s defence of the EBU 175 lb title against Enrico Koelling Oct 27 in Weissenfels.
SES also have a show in Dessau November 17 which is topped by an exciting matchup between EBU super middleweight champ Robin Krasniqi, 48-5, and challenger Stefan Haertel, 17-1. The winner will have Juergen Braehmer as official challenger.
The co-headliner features unbeaten heavyweight Tom Schwarz but who he will fight isn´t announced yet.
