Unbeaten junior lightweights Casey Ramos and Andy Vences will square off on November 4, Top Rank matchmaker Brad Goodman told Boxingscene.com Friday morning.

The 10 round bout will take place at the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The Top Rank card will take place the night before the showdown between Manny Pacquiao and WBO welterweight titleholder Jessie Vargas, which takes place at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas.

Ramos and Vences will be fighting for the vacant WBC Continental Americas junior lightweight title and a possible world ranking.

The intriguing bout will pit a boxer in Ramos against the harder-hitting Vences. Both fighters have become staples on the popular ‘Solo Boxeo Tecate’ series, which will now air on Friday night.

In his last bout on July 16, Ramos (23-0, 6 KOs) survived a knockdown to eventually knock out Hardy Paredes in the fifth round. Aside from training in the gym, Ramos is completing his Bachelor’s degree at St. Edwards University in Austin and is running for a City Council seat.

Vences (16-0, 10 KOs) is coming off back-to-back decision wins in his last two bouts. The 25-year-old from San Jose, Calif. won an eight round unanimous decision over Moises Delgadillo on July 9.

Unbeaten welterweight Alex Saucedo (22-0, 14 KOs) will open the ‘Solo Boxeo Tecate’ broadcast.
