Casey Ramos is known as the ‘The Wizard,’ but can he produce enough magic tonight to come out with a win?

That remains to be seen, as Ramos will face Miguel Beltran, Jr. at the Marriott Convention Center in Burbank, Calif.

The 10 round bout will headline a ‘Solo Boxeo’ card and will air on UniMas (11 p.m. ET/ 8 p.m. PT).

Ramos (23-1, with 6 KOs) built an unbeaten record fighting modest opposition in recent fights. Ramos has been a staple on numerous UniMas broadcasts.

The Austin, Texas resident suffered his first loss as a pro in his last bout on November 4, dropping a ninth round technical decision to Andy Vences.

Ramos, who is completing his Bachelor’s degree at St. Edwards University in Austin, cannot afford another defeat as he steps inside the ring tonight.

Beltran (31-5, with 21 KOs) is 4-3 in his last seven bouts since losing to Roman ‘Rocky’ Martinez by split decision in September of 2012.

In his last bout on September 3, Beltran, the younger cousin of Ray Beltran, lost by unanimous decision to journeyman Francisco Gabriel Pina.

In the co-feature, junior lightweight prospect Erick De Leon squares off against Daulis Prescott in an eight round bout.

De Leon (15-0, with 9 KOs) has displayed a penchant for power in recent fights, winning his last four bouts by knockout.

Prescott (31-4, with 23 KOs) has lost two of his last three bouts.

Unbeaten Arnold Barboza Jr. (15-0, with 5 KOs) will face Markus Morris (10-2, with 6 KOs) in an eight round welterweight bout.

Welterweight Artemio Reyes (23-2, with 19 KOs) squares off against Hector Munoz (25-18-1, with 17 KOs) in a six round bout. Reyes returns to the ring from a two and a half year hiatus due to surgery to his nose.

Seven more bouts round out the Top Rank card.
