O2 Arena, London - Watford featherweight Reece Bellotti (9-0-0, 8KOs) picks up a rankings boost with an eighth round technical knockout of Jamie Speight (15-11-0, 2KOs).

'Bomber' Bellotti landed a barrage of unanswered shots on the ropes 58 seconds into round eight, which forced the referee to wave off the contest, and give the Watford man the WBC International Silver title.

Bellotti, 26, hasn't gone the distance since September 2015, and stated his intention with two pinpoint right hands in the second that had Speight backtracking to try and buy himself recovery time.

Speight, 28, tried to make things untidy on the inside in the third, but it brought limited success as Bellotti's superior variation allowed him to land a number of uppercuts coming out of the clinch.

Fresh from winning the Southern Area title last time out, Speight showed plenty of heart, surviving a onslaught of lead left hooks in the sixth before being staggered with another straight right late in round seven.

The inevitable finish came in round eight, as Bellotti pushed Speight onto the ropes and a number of shots to head and body made the referee step in just as Speight's corner was about to throw in the towel.

Super middleweight: Craig Richards (8-0-0, 3KOs) v Rui Manuel Pavanito (5-7-1, 4KOs) - Super middleweight prospect Craig Richards (8-0-0, 3KOs) extends his unbeaten record with a bruising 58-56 six round points win over Rui Manuel Pavanito (5-7-1, 4KOs).

'Spider' controlled the pace in the opening rounds with his rangy jab and sharp one-twos as his Portuguese opponent struggled to get close enough to land any shots of his own.

That changed in the third, as Pavanito pressed forward with a high guard looking to land overhand rights, with Richards being guilty of being flat footed at mid range.

Richards, 27, was fighting a short distance from his home in Crystal Palace, and responded well in the fourth as he landed a number of hooks that looked to have drained the energy from Pavanito.

However, that proved not be the case as the man from Lisbon continue to show plenty of ambition, landing a number of rights hands that seemed to stagger Richards who looked happy to hear the final bell.

Essex super middleweight Danny Dignum (2-0-0, 2KOs) extends his unbeaten record with a hard earned 40-36 four round points win over Yailton Neves (1-8-0, 1KO).

Dignum, 25, looked to be first to the punch, trying to create opportunities to land his southpaw left but found himself getting countered as he lunged into distance.

Manchester-based Neves, 23, used clever head movement to avoid any substantial damage, with Dignum throwing his shots in clusters to claim the rounds on workrate.

Fighting out of the southpaw stance, Dignum pressed for a stoppage in the fourth and final round but had to settle for a wide points win, a score which perhaps flattered the Essex man.

Cruiserweight: Isaac Chamberlain (7-0-0, 2KOs) v Ryan Crawford (2-2-1, 1KOs) - Cruiserweight prospect Isaac Chamberlain (7-0-0, 2KOs) extends his unbeaten record with a third round technical knockout of Ryan Crawford (2-2-1, 1KOs).

Chamberlain, 23, had to withstand an early onslaught from his Uxbridge-based opponent but responded well, landing a crisp lead hook late in the first.

The Brixton man loosened into the fight and started to land jabs at will as Crawford, 30, started to visibly feel the pace.

A series of right uppercuts from Chamberlain in the third forced his opponent on to the canvas and the referee waved off the contest with Crawford unable to beat the count.

Chamberlain will hope his performance is a warning to fellow Londoner Lawrence Okolie.

The pair had to be separated after a heated argument following their respective pre-fight public workouts earlier in the week.

Light heavyweight: Jake Ball (8-1-0, 7KOs) v Jamie Ambler (12-69-2, 3KOs) - Light heavyweight Jake Ball (8-1-0, 7KOs) chalks up another stoppage win with a fourth round technical knockout of Jamie Ambler (12-69-2, 3KOs).

'The Blade' had it all his own way from the off with Ambler happy to stay out of range as he looked frustrate the younger man.

Ball - from Surrey - hurt his opponent in the third with a lead left hook to the head as he started to close the distance looking for the stoppage.

The Jim McDonnell trained Southpaw dropped Ambler in the fourth with a short lead counter and followed up by landing another hook upstairs which led to the referee wave off the contest with only four seconds left in the round.

Super middleweight: Morgan Jones (11-0-0, 4KOs) v Jade Karam (9-3-2, 4KOs) - After Jamie Cox (22-0-0, 12 KOs) records a routine first round stoppage in an empty 02 Arena, the undercard action continues in London.

Morgan Jones (11-0-0, 4KOs) stops Jade Karam (9-3-2, 4KOs) in a battle of South Africa-born fighters.

Jones, 26, who is now based in Wales, started quickly and dropped Karam with a short right hook late in the second round.

Under the instructions of Chris Sanigar at ringside, Jones then pressed forward and landed a barrage of head thumping shots that forced the referee to call a halt to proceedings 22 seconds into round three.
