Casinò, Saint-Vincent, Valle d'Aosta - EBU middleweight champ Emanuele Blandamura (27-2, 5 KOs) retained the title tonight in Saint Vincent with a unanimous decision over Alessandro Goddi (30-2-1, 14 KOs) in an all Italian matchup that topped this OPI since 82 promotion. It was scored 115-113 twice and 116-112.

Heavyweight Carlos Takam (35-3-1, 27 KOs) knocked out Croatian Ivica Bacurin (27-12) in the second.

Heavy heavyweight Matteo Modugno (18-0, 9 KOs), 275 lbs, returned to action and stopped Georgian Revaz Karelishvili (8-2) in the fifth.

Lightweight contender Devis Boschiero (41-5-1, 21 KOs) outscored Nicaraguan Lesther Cantillano over six.

IN OTHER NEWS: Atlantic City Boxing Hall of Fame (ACBHOF) Inaugural Induction weekend was a smorgasbord of boxing royalty, celebrity guests and legions of boxing fans.
