Turkish super middleweight Avni “Mr. Robot” Yildirim (21-1-0) outpointed experienced Lolenga Mock (42-15-1) to keep WBC super middleweight title at the Friedrich-Ebert-Halle in Ludwigshafen, Germany.

Yildirim and Mock gave their hearts in the ring. Both fighters fought clean without hugging and delivered the entertaining slugfest they promised before the bout.

Yildirim started fast and knocked down Mock in the first round. Later rounds, Mock also showed his effective hooks and impressed with his stamina. At the end of eleventh round punch percentage was 36% Yildirim and 27% Mock. After a close and tough fight,Yildirim won the bout by majority decision (113-112,116-111 and 113-113).

WBC super middleweight champion David Benavidez and Yildirim traded trash taking barbs on social media in the past few weeks.

German super middleweight Vincent Feigenbutz (29-2-0) dominated and stopped at the fifth round, Yusuf Kangul (16-3-1), and kept the Global Boxing Union Intercontinental super middleweight title.
