On Saturday IBF super bantamweight champion Carl Frampton (19-0) will defend his title against mandatory challenger Chris Avalos (25-2) at the Odyssey Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

The Odyssey Arena will be full of Frampton supporters but the American challenger isn't worried about fighting on the road and says that the crowd won't play a factor.  He said that once the bell sounds it will be only Frampton and himself in the ring.

"I'm came out here to win. It don't matter where the fight may be. Here, there - it don't matter who the crowed is screaming for, the only thing that matters is me and the other fighter," Avalos explained.

Frampton has recently stated that he would like to face other super bantamweight champions like Guillermo Rigondeaux or Leo Santa Cruz after the fight against Avalos.

Avalos, who is promoted by Top Rank, said he could care less if Frampton is overlooking him and said that will make beating him that much sweeter.

"Whether he his overlooking me or not - that don't phase me. I'm happy he is so when I do knock him out it will sweeten my victory."

Frampton is the substantial betting favorite but Avalos seems to relish his underdog role. The California native finished our conversation with a message for all of the fans that will be watching on television and live in the arena.

"The fans are going to see me take home the IBF world title and they're  going to see me knockout this chump - and then his fans will be my fans!" Avalos told Boxingscene.com.

Frampton-Avalos will be televised in the United States on the AWE network.
