All eyes are on Srisaket Sor Rungvisai as he prepares to headline a ONE Championship card in early October. But before Nakornlueng Promotions has its monthly event at the Workpoint TV Studios in Bangkok with undefeated super lightweight Atchariya Wirojanasunobol set to headline.

Atchariya (11-0) will be defending his interim WBC Asia 140lbs title against Taisho Ozawa (21-10-2) on September 22nd. It represents a quick turnaround for the undefeated 29 year old who was in action less than a month ago and is coming off back to back wins over solid opposition on Workpoint TV cards.

Ozawa had initially been scheduled to face Nick Frese on this card. But the undefeated Thai / Dutch welterweight is still recovering from a shoulder operation so the Japanese fighter, who has lost four out of his last five bouts, will drop down a division to challenge Atchariya.

Petchbarngborn Kokietgym (44-8-1) will be looking for his seventh straight win when he takes on Ryan Lumacad (14-1-3).This catchweight contest is scheduled to be the first fight on the live television broadcast with both men expected to tip the scales at 120lbs.

Another interesting super lightweight bout on the card pits Malaysian based Uzbek Anvar Turapov (3-0) against seasoned Filipino Jimmy Paypa (19-5-1). There will also be two all Thai super flyweight contests, as Nakornlueng looks to unearth the new Srisaket Sor Rungvisai.
