University of Texas at Arlington- Shortly after Terence Crawford captured the vacant WBO super lightweight title with a sixth round stoppage of Thomas Dulorme, BoxingScene.com caught up with Hall of Fame Promoter Bob Arum to get his thoughts on his fighter's performance.

Arum said what really separates Crawford from the pack is his intelligence and patience. Crawford took a few rounds to figure out Dulorme and then delivered the right hand in the sixth round that for all intents and purposes ended the fight.

"He's extraordinarily smart as a fighter. He's not going in and taking crazy chances. He looks for his opening and once he hurts the guy -boy is he a finisher," said Arum.

The CEO of Top Rank said that this is just the beginning for the two-division champion. He believes that Crawford will carry the torch when Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao hang up their gloves.

"He is the emerging superstar in boxing. That's what I've been saying. In two or three years he will be at the level of Mayweather and Pacquiao. The sky is the limit for this kid. I've said it since the beginning. Thanks to HBO we have been able to showcase his talents," Arum told BoxingScene.com.
