Commonwealth light heavyweight champion Lyndon Arthur is willing to give a rematch Anthony Yarde - if the terms were satisfactory when it came to the money.

This past Saturday night at Church House in Westminster, Arthur entered the ring as a big underdog and won a razor-close twelve round split decision to shock Yarde.

While Yarde was well ahead on one card - a score that many disagreed with, but the remaining two judges had Arthur winning by a point.

The rounds were close and fought at a tactical pace. There were only a handful of punches that separated the two of them in several rounds.

Yarde felt he was robbed on the cards.

On Sunday he reviewed the contest and admitted it was a close fight, but felt that he did enough to win with a 7-5 margin in rounds (115-113).

Both boxers are promoted by Frank Warren, so negotiating a rematch is easy - if they agree on the terms.

Arthur has no issue with a rematch. At the same time he wants to be treated with the proper amount of respect if they collide for a second time. He felt a bit disrespected in the first outing.

"I'm happy to do the rematch, if the money is right. But I will be pushing the fact that I am the A-side now. I have handled being the B-side for long enough now," Arthur said to Sun Sport.

"They even tried to make me walk second [for the fight] and we only got it changed last minute. They also kept cutting my music off too, I won't be standing for none of that next time."
