Former middleweight champion Arthur Abraham (32-3, 26KOs) is getting advice from German boxing veteran and former super middleweight/light heavyweight champion Graciano Rocchigiani. Abraham is training for his comeback on January 14th against Pablo Oscar Natalio Farias in Offenburg. Abraham moved up to super middleweight in October 2009, to join the Super Six tournament but after going 2-3 in his last five bouts at 168 - Abraham is moving back down.

Rocchigiani is giving Abraham, 31-years-old, advice on making weight at 160-pounds and keeping his head together to become a champion again.

"He need to be aggressive and use his power punches often, so he can start knocking out opponents again. Arthur in 31, a good boxing age. Arthur can still achieve things. The main thing - is not to fly off the rails. Four weeks before a fight, I cut my portions [of food] and I would reach the desired weight. If you do otherwise [waiting until the last minute to drop weight] you lose a lot of strength," Rocchigiani said.
