In an a fight where both men were seeking Redemption in one form or the other, Anthony Ferrante (12-4) met Anthony Caputo Smith over the course of 10 rounds. Smith was coming off a 3rd KO loss to Top Rank prospect Sean Mohaghan on the Bradley-Marquez undercard. While Ferrante was coming off a year long suspension after a failed drug test under shady circumstances by the NYSAC. One thing was for sure, both men left in all in the ring.

The 1st 2 rounds were feeling out rounds for both men but they showed the landscape of the fight. Smith lived up to his nickname by being the "Bull" in the ring by pushing the action while Ferrante acted like his nickname was "El Matador" with his successful counterpunching.

In rounds 3, 4, and 5 it was the same story. Smith was much more aggressive landing more punches while Ferrante was more accurate when he threw land the better punches.

In the 6th round Ferrante started to throw more sensing Smith was tiring. At the end of the 6th a brutal right hand from Ferrante sent Smith to the canvas. Smith beat the count but Ferrante kicked it up a notch again in the 7th but Smith weathered the storm.

The cat and mouse game continued in the 8 the & 9th. Both men traded back and forth while both were finding success with their different game plans. In the 10th both men gave what they had left after the 9th round war beforehand. Both men stood in the ring and continuing to batter each other.

After 10, there is one thing for sure and that is the judges will have a tough time making a decision in this tough fight. Basically it came down to their preference of styles. The aggressor vs. the counterpuncher. After 10 hard fought rounds the judges' scorecards read 95-94 Ferrante, 95-94 Smith and 95-94 for your winner, via split decision Anthony Caputo Smith. Smith moves to (15-2) while Ferrante slips to (12-5).

Undefeated prospect Niam Nelson (10-0) had his hands full with upset specialist Chris Steele (4-7-2). Throughout the fight Nelson was countering well while Steele was pushing the pace. As the rounds went on Nelson started to pick up the pace and apply pressure but Steele would stop coming forward while landing shots of his own. Both men went back and forth until the final bell in a great fight. After 8 rounds of action, the judge's scorecards read 78-74 for Steele, 78-74 for Nelson and 79-73 for your winner , via Unanimous Decision, Niam Nelson. Nelson moves to (11-0) while Steele falls to (4-8-2).

Club 1957's Tevin Farmer (14-4-1) started off round 1 like a man possessed. Farmer rocked his opponent Noel Echevarria (11-1) numerous time but the hard chin Echevarria kept coming forward. Farmer continued pushing the pace round after round and left Echevarria unable to grab the edge. Farmer continued to afflict punishment as the rounds went on but Echevarria was able to withstand Farmer's assault through 8. After the final bell, the judge's scorecards read 78-74 x 2 and 79-73 for your winner, via Unanimous Decision, Tevin Farmer. Farmer ascends to (15-4-1) while Echevarria falls to (11-2).

Jarrel Miller (7-0-1) stalked his opponent Jon Hill (6-4) throughout the 1st round. Both men spent the 1st feeling each other out and neither man seemed effected by the others power. Miller spent the 2nd landing on Hill at will but Hill took the punishment well. In the 3rd, Miller landed a vicious overhand right to stop Hill in his tracks at the 2:29 mark. You winner, via TKO, Jarrel Miller. Miller moves to (8-0-1) while Hill drops to (6-5).

Anthony Prescott (2-2-1) started of punishing the less experienced Jovan Sosa in the 1st round with barrages in the corner. Sosa was able to weather the storm. Sosa started to apply pressure in the 2nd but Prescott was countering well. Sosa then stunned Prescott and began to have his way with Prescott around the ring until the end of the 2nd. Sosa again pushed the action in the 3rd while landing the bigger shots on Prescott throughout the round. Prescott had his moments in the 4th but Sosa continued to push the action and have his way with the tired Prescott. After 4 rounds, the judges scored the fight 39-37 across the board for your winner, via Unanimous Decision, Jovan Sosa. Sosa moves to (2-0) while Prescott drops to (2-3).

Ievgen Khytrov looked phenomenal in his 2nd pro fight against Romon Barber. Barber survived a vicious knockdown at the end of round 2 by a brutal right hand. In the beginning of the 3rd, Khytrov staggered him again forcing the ref to step in and administer a count. Finally at 0:42 mark of the 3rd the referee stopped the fight. Your winner, via TKO, Ievgen Khytrov.

Roberto Irizarry (0-0) had an exceptional pro debut against Arthur Parker. Irizarry controlled the pace of the fight and landed the harder shots. Parker was game each round and had his moments. After the final bell, the judges scored the bout 39-37 across the board in favor of, via Unanimous Decision, Roberto Irizarry. With the win Irizarry climbs to (1-0) while Parker drops to (0-1-1).
