Guadalajara, Mexico - As part of the Tribute to the Kings Pay-Per-View portion of the event, MMA legend “The Spider” Anderson Silva pulled off a shocker in his first major boxing match, with an eight round split decision win over former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez, Jr.

During the fight, Silva was busier and more accurate, landing an average of 12 of 49 per round to just 7 of 19 for Chavez Jr.

The judges saw it 77-75, with two of those cards going to Silva, and the third going to Chavez Jr.
