Amanda Serrano is in top form for her upcoming showdown with Sarah Mahfoud - as they will battle in an undisputed featherweight fight for the titles of the World Boxing Organization (WBO), the World Boxing Council (WBC), the International Boxing Organization (IBO ) and the International Boxing Federation (IBF).

The fight takes place this Saturday, September 24, in Manchester, England.

Their fight will be the co-feature to the big heavyweight clash between Joe Joyce and Joseph Parker.

“I feel very happy because it is a division in which I feel comfortable. Also, I want to get one more title at 126 pounds. I want to be the undisputed champion (of this division). This is the first step. I'm ready. I go in with everything and without fear, as always,” said Serrano to Sara Hernandez.

“I am confident that I am going to win because this is my weight. No one can beat me at 126."

Serrano, who is coming off a very close April decision loss to lightweight champion Katie Taylor, will be looking to hand Mahfoud (11-0, 3 KO's) her first career defeat.

In 2023, Serrano (42-2-1, 30 KO's) is eager to get Taylor back in the ring for a rematch.

“I feel happy because I think I won the first fight. I want to have the opportunity to fight her and win and prove that I am one of the best. I have the talent for it,” Serrano said.

As BoxingScene.com previously reported, Taylor is slated to collide with unbeaten Karen Elizabeth Carabajal on October 29 at OVO Arena Wembley.
