BoxingScene.com has been advised that former junior welterweight champion Devon Alexander's next fight will indeed be a homecoming. Alexander will face Lucas Matthysse of Argentina in his hometown of St. Louis on June 25th in a fight televised by HBO

BoxingScene earlier had reported that Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas was also in the mix.

Promoter Don King is putting together a strong undercard which will likely have two world championship bouts.

Mike Garrett, who is the business advisor for undefeated cruiserweight Ryan Coyne (16-0) advised BoxingScene that Coyne had officially signed on to face WBA champion Guillermo Jones.

IBF junior middleweight champion Cornelius "K9" Bundrage revealed to BoxingScene that while it is likely that he will face his mandatory challenger Sechew Powell on the same card - he hadn't officially signed a contract for the fight.
