Fast rising welterweight prospect Alex "El Cholo" Saucedo (20-0) has advised BoxingScene.com that he will face fellow prospect Clarence Booth (13-1) on February 13th in Studio City, California. The fight is scheduled for 8 rounds.

The 21-year-old Saucedo went 5-0 in 2015 with four of his wins coming by way of knockout while the 28-year-old  Booth went 4-0 with two knockouts and has won 11 fights in a row.

"Yes sir, the fight is on! I'm 20-0 and very motivated to show that I'm ready for the big fights in 2016," Saucedo told BoxingScene.com.

The matchup should be one of the better fights puts on Top Rank's Solo Boxeo series that is televised by UniMas. The series typically serves as an outlet to build prospects against less than 50-50 opposition.
