The former WBC light flyweight champion, Adrian Hernandez (30-3-1, 19 KO’s), has his sights firmly set upon conquering another WBC world crown, but now a tad heavier in the flyweight division.

Adrian said that this division is one of the most currently competitive categories, as it's presided over by WBC champion Roman Gonzalez (41-0, 35KOs), who's formidable and undefeated.

Hernandez admittedly announces that his next fight is going to be in February, looking to keep progressing in this division, which he joined as recently as last Saturday by knocking out Armando Torres.

“We had an excellent fight, and better than I expected. I feel so strong in this division. I'm going to stay here. It was complicated to stay within the light flyweight division limits. Now at flyweight, the weight is not a problem any more. I feel so much more powerful here,” he grinned.
