WBC junior flyweight world champion Adrian Hernandez (22-1-1, 14KOs) and Kompayak CP Freshmart (43-3, 29KOs) are both ready to fight in Bangkok, Thailand. Adrian trained before the Thai media at Lumpinee Muaythai Gym in Bangkok. He went through a variety of exercises, hit the mitts, hit the heavy bag and even took part in a round of sparring.

Mr. Cesar Bazan, the trainer of Adrian and a former WBC lightweight champion revealed “Adrian is in good condition now. I already watched video of the challenger Kompayak CP Freshmart (43-3, 29KOs). He has strong power but Adrian has a much better boxing technique. We will win the fight.”

The challenger Kompayak CP Freshmart is training at the National Sports Training Center, located in the Saraburi province of Thailand. He trains side by side with with WBC world flyweight champion Pongsaklek Wonjonkham, WBC Youth junior flyweight champion Yodmongkol Wor Seangthep, WBC youth flyweight champion Petch Sor Jitpattana and so on.

The challenger has had more than a 100 rounds of sparring with bigger boxers such as Yodmongkol to prepare for the fight fight with Adrian.

Kompayak stated - "I’m very glad to face Adrian because this is my first world title challenge. I like to fight with fighters like Adrian. Our fight should be a very exciting battle for the audience.”

The fight will be held at the 11th infantry Regiment in Bangkok, Thailand on December 23rd and broadcasting by Thai TV channel 7 from 14:00 until 15:00 (Bangkok time).
