“1st TEAM OF RUSSIAN BOXERS HEAD FOR THE STATES”

Best Russian professional boxers of Yuri Fedorov Sports Lab promotion company head for the US for training.

Yuri Fedorov: “Seminole Warriors Boxing has set up a camp for our fighters in Florida with experienced sparring partners and best professional coaches like John David Jackson whom we saw lately in Bernard Hopkins’ corner helping him to beat Kelly Pavlik. Our fighters need to learn from American school of boxing as pretty soon they’ll be challenging top places in world rankings fighting at the most renowned arenas like Madison Square Garden in New York or MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The results of this training will be seen on 27th February, 2008 at ESPN2 Friday Night Fights headlined by JOHNSON VS JUDAH II at the Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, Florida.”

Gamzat Agaev, manager of Yuri Fedorov Sports Lab. comments: “We have our own Achilles in Sultan Ibragimov. His professional career exemplifies why boxers should have their training in America. This country has been cultivating boxing as a trade since the 19th century and we should respect that. In 1889 John Sullivan won the 75-round fight and became the last champion of the “naked fists” era. Our goal is that our boxers take a place of their own in the world boxing Hall of Fame alongside such all-time greats as Sugar Ray Robinson, Muhammad Ali, Joe Louis. And I believe that soon these guys will glorify Russia as a great country with major opportunities”.
